Hi All,
Not sure if were allowed to do this on here but I thought I'd have a go anyway as I'd hate to see someone get stung like I did. Last week I purchased an e-book called the Money-License by Sebastian Foss. This book is only about 30 pages long and in my opinion full of regurgitated information, its very dissapointing. His website is just full of links to his affiliate programs. I asked for a refund (something I've never done before) that was 10 days ago. I have since sent another email and have had no reply either time. I think I have now learnt my lesson and will no longer get sucked in by compeling sales letters.
On a more positive note I did read a report this week (free download no affiliate connection) that I found very impressive as a newbie. If your like me and getting bogged down by information and keep getting pulled off in different directions then you might find this interesting. It's called Rich Shefrens Internet Business Manifesto.

Robertino here, I am a bit puzzled about this journal format but I guess that is what is “a journal” I mean a bit different then in an average “forum” format where you can post by subject. Ok here is my story… I purchased an e-book (will not name it for now because it is still going on) and the promise was to show you how you can generate BIGG money with AdSense and clickbank. ($25 cost and got back some 40% because I used my own clickbank account to purchase it. The E-book contains NOTHING. It is a letter done in PDF where she boasts about her online success and is telling you that the only way she can help is if you buy a web-hosting package (the one she designates for you 6.95) and then send her the ftp settings etc. I know for a fact that on that website she is a reseller and gets $100 which is ok with me so long so she provides the service she promised. She will then upload a some 300 to 500 files and then you can apply for AdSense account with Google. Not clear, what she would do for Clickbank on some website she pre builds for you. I own 2 sites so I asked for the files alone but she refused, kept saying same thing over and over” I can only help you if you go here…and get a domain name and host your domain here at this place” Has anyone bought something like this and followed through with it? I am curious because I see her ads are always on so she definitely advertises a lot. I may just ask for a refund or I may follow through with it. Will keep you posted on this one. I know I am yet to bring my real contribution here …soooooon. How do we place our signature here? So people can visit our site…:-) man this thing is tough… :-)

Take care and be happy!

I haven't come across that one, doesn't sound very ethical to me, let me know how it goes.
Not sure about the signature thing, just do it manually
The product you mentioned is sold by click bank.
So you are protected for 8 weeks from the date of purchase
you can contact them directly and get the refund. You have
to give them a valid reason I'm quoting from the m.license website
"You will need a computer, an internet connection, a free ClickBank account, a free Google AdWords account and this system! "
Im sure you can tell them that you were misguided by this info.
How can anyone make any money with free adwords?
For more info goto http://clickbank.com/returnpolicyfaq.ht
or http://clickbank.com/ and click on customer service link on the
left. These guys use a technique called 'programmed response' they say what you want to hear things like make money easily by clicking the mouse and things like that.
Sebastian Foss is not doing anything thing to promote Anglo/German relationships :0)

Actually you can get a refund really quickly - no need to even give a reason but I would just so the buyer can see it. All you do is foward your clickbank receipt to refunds@clickbank.com and it will automatically be refunded within 24-48 hrs..usually 24 hours. But, if you have lost your receipt then just try to find the order # and put that in the subject line and give them your full name. That's all they need. And thank you for sharing that information..it's very helpful for us all.
refunds repeatedly then the credit card will get blocked
and the person can't buy products in future that are sold thru CB.This is to protect merchants from serial refunders. So don't
take any chances as they say 'Research before you buy'.
I was referred to this journal thru Holly. I am here to learn and to help others and to meet friends. Have been reading your posts and it sounds just like me! I am also just getting started and keep getting pulled in all directions. I think I have finally found some very informative sites. I will give you one which will keep you busy for awhile. Very good info! May not even really need to look elsewhere for now. Here you go- www.bruceclay.com
